VISITING ATRIUM AT KEW BEACH TRANSITIONAL CARE

Each patient is allowed 2 visits per day, by designated essential care partners OR 2 visitors
Each care partner or visitor must be fully vaccinated, and undergo a rapid test twice a week
Visits are 1 hour long and must be between the hours of 11 am to 2 pm or 4 pm and 7 pm
Between 8 am and 4 pm, please call 416 885-5311 to schedule a visit. Outside these hours
please email kbuvisitor@vha.ca to request a visit.
