Your Atrium Suite Includes:
· Atrium at Kew Beach has a large central atrium with glass ceiling and walls to allow residents to enjoy the outdoors. The mezzanine in the atrium is a gathering place for residents to enjoy cards, puzzling, reading and games.
· Each of the three floors has a lounge area with a TV and sofas for residents to relax.
· A large backyard allows for country living in the heart of the city. Residents enjoy BBQs and time on the gazebo in the summer. In the winter many enjoy watching the birds and squirrels.
· The front entrance has a heated driving surface to avoid snow in the winter. This allows resident to enter and exit the building without fear of slipping.
· The front entrance is unlocked during business hours. After hours the exterior doors are accessed through key fabs or door bells with remote access.
· The building is monitored 24 hours a day with CCTV
